Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? We're seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to drive residential sales and services opportunities through customer education and engaging presentations. You'll have the chance to present an array of comfort options for residential HVAC products and services to both new and established customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Consultative Sales Approach: Utilize a consultative sales approach to enhance the customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and building lasting relationships.

Lead Generation and Prospecting: Develop relationships with prospective customers and referrals, proactively initiating calls to generate sales.

Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the technical team members onsite, promoting seamless coordination to ensure a 100% customer satisfaction experience.

Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, service methods, systems, and technology available within the market and our business.

Key Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Prior sales experience, especially with direct selling to consumers, is highly valued.

Sales Skills: Possess strong selling and business development skills, along with the ability to effectively communicate concepts to diverse audiences. Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality, customer-focused service and understanding customer concerns.

Physical Ability: Capable of meeting physical demands such as climbing ladders and/or attic stairs, and accessing HVAC units in tight spaces to assess customer requirements and take measurements.

Valid Driver's License: Maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
