Installed New Air Conditioning Unit
Dear Mr. Gable:
On April 27th Rob Douglas and Jack McCauley arrived at my home to install a new Reem Air Conditioning Unit. First and foremost your company gave me a honest quote for the installation of this unit; and I deeply appreciate that.
Rob & Jack did a superb job of installing the complete unit. Replacing the return air filter grill gave Jack a few “fits” but he persevered and the installation turned out perfect.
Before leaving they cleaned up inside the garage as well as the outside area. To be perfectly frank the garage looked better after they cleaned up than it did when they arrived!
Both Rob and Jack were gentlemen at all times and very polite when speaking to me. It is my opinion that they did your company proud and I would not hesitate to tell my friends about your company and these two employees.

Our Air Conditioner Is Working Again
Dear John,
I wanted to thank you for getting me in touch with LG for them to come and service our air conditioner. I know you don’t normally sell or service these units but thanks for helping us out. Thanks Tiffany, I’m scheduling an appointment (2 times) with the LG service technician to come and service our air conditioner. A broken fan blade cause the condenser was causing all the problems. They replaced the fan and the air conditioner. Now it’s working efficiently again
